A New Chapter Supporting People and Businesses

I’m excited to share the beginning of a new chapter in my professional journey — earlier this year I launched Pip Robson HR and Wellbeing Limited, a business dedicated to helping companies and individuals thrive by fostering healthier, happier work environments.
This venture is much more than just a business to me — it’s the result of a deeply personal journey of career transformation. After over a decade working in HR and Global Mobility in the fast-paced corporate world, I found myself drawn to something more meaningful: a passion for wellbeing and a strong desire to support people in feeling truly valued and empowered at work. As a result, over the past couple of years I have completed training to become a Wellbeing Coach and Yoga Teacher; allowing me to provide an array of new offerings to clients to support their wellbeing journeys.
Throughout my career, I witnessed first-hand how critical it is for employees to feel supported - not just as workers, but as whole people. I believe that true success for any organization comes when individuals are encouraged to bring their best selves to work every day, in an environment that nurtures both their professional growth and their personal wellbeing.
At Pip Robson HR and Wellbeing Limited, my mission is clear: to offer tailored human resources solutions alongside focused wellbeing strategies that help businesses cultivate positive, productive, and compassionate workplaces. My services include human resources consultancy, employee wellbeing programs, yoga classes and workshops/retreats, vision board facilitation, corporate retreats and workshops, and supporting small businesses in setting up their HR systems. I also work with individuals through 1-2-1 coaching, with a particular focus on supporting women returning to work after maternity leave, helping them to transition with confidence and clarity.
